Bio

Tyler Sweatt is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Second Front Systems (2F), where he works with government and commercial customers to reduce barriers between commercial technology and the defense and national security communities. His focus is on changing how global government agencies identify, engage, and vet commercial technology companies, and how those companies deliver software to government users. 

Beyond his role at 2F, Tyler is a partner at the Silicon Valley Defense Group, a nonprofit that works to better align policy, operational, and technical communities to accelerate mission impact. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, supporting programs that provide scholarships and education opportunities for children of fallen or wounded military veterans. 

Previously, Tyler served as Head of National Security at CalypsoAI and founded and sold the technology advisory firm Future Tense. He led the emerging technology and security practice at Toffler Associates, advising U.S. and international governments and corporations on strategies for rapidly evolving technology and security challenges.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Tyler is a former U.S. Army officer.
