- Game Warden and Other Products
The terms and conditions governing use of the Game Warden platform and other Second Front Systems products are governed by separate written agreements and sales contracts between you or your organization and Second Front Systems. Nothing in these Terms shall modify or supersede the terms of those separate agreements.

If you are located in the EU, U.K., or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, your personal data will be processed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECOND FRONT SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE.
- Termination/Access Restriction
Second Front Systems reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice. The laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A govern this agreement.
- Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Second Front Systems concerning the Site. A printed version shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings.
