ABOUT THE ROLE

Second Front Systems, a fast-growing and cutting-edge company at the crossroads of technology and national security, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize our marketing automation platform
  • Own the configuration and maintenance of workflows, automations, and integrations within our marketing automation platform (Pardot is preferred, but experience with similar tools like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus)
  • Develop and execute high-converting marketing campaigns and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and meticulously optimize for lead generation
  • Set up and maintain seamless integrations between our marketing automation platform, CRM, and other business applications.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and eliminate silos between systems
  • Ensure our marketing database is compliant with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc
  • Design and build landing pages and email templates for use in demand generation campaigns
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the RevOps team to ensure a smooth lead handoff and efficient lifecycle management
  • Collaborate on reporting needs and build insight dashboards and reports to show marketing performance, pipeline velocity, funnel conversion rates, and more
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to define, refine, and implement lead generation and nurturing processes
  • Craft and implement effective lead scoring and routing strategies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B Tech
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
  • Experience with account and lead enrichment tools like ZoomInfo or LeadIQ
  • Experience with ABM tools like DemandBase, Terminus, or 6Sense
  • Familiarity with RevOps tools like Leandata, RingLead, or Salesforce HVS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Data-Driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset who isn't afraid to take initiative and suggest improvements

$130,000 - $150,000 a year

The base compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $150,000.
