Wilmington, D.E. — May 19, 2025 —  Second Front Systems (2F), a public-benefit software company focused on facilitating the delivery of mission-critical software solutions, today announced the appointment of Kathy Arcano as Chief Financial Officer. Arcano brings over two decades of financial leadership experience scaling high-growth SaaS and venture-backed organizations.

Arcano joins Second Front following executive finance roles at multiple technology firms, most recently as Vice President of Finance at Flock Safety. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in supporting rapid company expansion and multiple funding rounds. Her experience spans FP&A, procurement, and strategic finance, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

As CFO, Arcano will oversee finance, accounting, and procurement, working closely with the executive team to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. She will also play a key role in supporting the company’s continued international expansion.

Arcano holds a bachelor’s degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. She resides in New York with her family and is passionate about building inclusive, resilient teams.
